We want you to be fully satisfied with your LEAF BOOM Wireless Speaker. If you are not happy with your Teal Blue speaker, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and select your LEAF BOOM order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the speaker in its original Teal Blue retail packaging, including all charging cables, manuals, and protective inserts.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the electronic components and cosmetic condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
